Need help with StackUp? Email info@stackupcardgame.com and include your device model, iOS version, and what you were doing when the problem happened. The answers below cover the most common questions.
Online matches use Apple Game Center. If multiplayer options are greyed out, sign in to Game Center in iOS Settings → Games (called Game Center on older iOS versions), then return to the app. Screen Time or parental restrictions can also disable Game Center entirely.
If you bought the premium unlock and it isn't active after reinstalling or switching devices, open Settings → Restore purchases inside the app. Make sure you are signed in to the same Apple Account that made the original purchase.
Paused multiplayer matches are saved on both players' devices. To pick one up again, either player can re-invite the other from the Players panel and the match resumes where it left off. Note that a paused match is forfeited automatically if the player whose turn it is doesn't return within 48 hours.
Check the ring/silent switch on the side of your device — game audio respects it — and the device volume buttons.
Use Settings → Delete my account and data inside the app. It removes everything, both on the device and in the cloud, in one irreversible step. Details are in the privacy policy.
Email info@stackupcardgame.com with your device model, iOS version, and a short description of what happened. If the app crashed, a crash report usually reaches us automatically, but a note about what you were doing helps us find it.
